Jorge H. Cooper is a Partner with Dynargie, a Swiss-based, international consulting firm that has been providing excellent training services and solutions for clients since 1982. Dynargie has offices in Europe, Africa, and South America.
Jorge is a communication specialist who has 15 years of training experience. Jorge lives in Prague and has been working in the Czech Republic and Central & Eastern Europe since 2002. He is a native of Houston, Texas in the United States. His career includes experiences as a sales manager, consultant, recruiter, project coordinator, training manager and curriculum developer. Jorge has an educational background in organizational communication and journalism.
International projects are Jorge’s specialty. He has enjoyed training managers from 42 countries. Those projects have included training programs in many industries such as telecommuications, internet, oil and gas, manufacturing, advertising, consumer goods, and consulting.
Jorge has conducted seminars and workshops in Management Techniques, Principles of Communication, Presentation Skills, Persuasion, Key Account Management, Intercultural Communication, Motivation, Coaching For Success, Leadership Skills, Conflict Management, How To Treat Clients, Stress Management, and Effective Sales and Closing Techniques.
In 2005, Jorge had the unique and exciting experience of training in Asia. He conducted a High Potentials program in India and China for young managers invited from all over the world. The program included modules in Management, Situational Leadership and Internal Negotiation.
